Website and offer information

Creative Kay provides website/design services and offers digital learning, products and community access. The legal seller details must be confirmed before these terms become active. Each offer must clearly state its scope, total price, currency, taxes, delivery, access period and any renewal terms before purchase.

Accounts and memberships

Use accurate account information and keep your login private. Membership access follows the stated eligibility and paid-through period. Cancellation must stop future subscription billing through the supported cancellation process. Basic, Standard and Pro are planned monthly packages; public enrolment remains closed while the system is prepared.

Digital content and consumer rights

These terms do not exclude mandatory EU/EEA consumer rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content or services. Distance purchases may carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.

For immediate digital supply, any loss of withdrawal rights requires the applicable prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. For services starting during a withdrawal period, the customer must expressly request early performance; proportionate charges and loss of withdrawal rights on full performance follow applicable law. A blanket “no refunds” statement does not override these rights.

Delivery, cancellation and complaints

Before checkout opens, each offer must provide the delivery schedule, booking/rescheduling rules where relevant, cancellation instructions, contact details and any required withdrawal form. Customers must receive contract and consent confirmation in a retainable format. Any legally required online withdrawal function must be implemented for applicable distance contracts.

Content licences and conduct

Content access is personal unless a specific licence states otherwise. Do not copy, distribute premium files, share accounts, harass members or make misleading claims. Approved affiliates may promote authorised offers and assets; affiliate approval does not transfer copyright or give free access to the catalogue.

Affiliate programme

Commission percentages, attribution, eligibility, holds, reversals and payout rules must be agreed in separate affiliate terms before activation. No earnings are guaranteed. Creative Kay remains the creator and service provider.

Payments and external platforms

Stan checkout opens in a separate tab. ClickBank/JVZoo offers, if published, must use the appropriate verified checkout and platform disclosures. External platform terms may also apply; your statutory rights remain protected.

Results, liability and applicable law

Learning and mentorship do not guarantee income or business results. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law and dispute arrangements need seller-jurisdiction review and must preserve mandatory consumer protections.
