Privacy Policy
Local review version — not final legal documentation. Seller identity, business/contact address, privacy email, processors, retention periods and international transfer arrangements need confirmation before live publication.
Who is responsible for your information?
Creative Kay is the website brand. The legal controller name, country, postal address and privacy contact email must be added here before launch. This notice concerns Creative-Kay.com, including Creative Kommunity and its academy.
Information and purposes
Depending on the features you use, information may include account and profile details, enquiries, order and subscription records, course progress, discussion content, affiliate attribution and payout records, and technical security logs. Planned features are not evidence that this processing is already active.
Contract-related processing supports requested purchases, account access and delivery. Legal obligations may require financial records. Proportionate security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests after assessment. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking require the appropriate consent. Each purpose and lawful basis must be confirmed against the final operational setup.
Service providers and external checkouts
The local installation includes WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro, Stripe integration, WPForms, WP Mail SMTP, WPConsent, StatCounter and JivoChat. Stan Store is an external checkout destination. ClickBank and JVZoo offers are planned. Actual provider use, hosting, payment-data handling, processor agreements and recipient details must be verified before this notice is final.
Your rights in the EU/EEA
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing, including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests may require proportionate identity verification. You can complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
Retention and transfers
We must specify retention periods or meaningful criteria for account, purchase, tax, support, learning, affiliate and consent records before launch. Any transfer outside the EEA requires an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and information about safeguards; provider location and safeguards remain to be confirmed.
Community, affiliates and protected reading
Your selected public profile and posts may be visible within authorised community areas. Private billing and owner reports must not be public. Approved affiliate display names may appear on referred offers or personalised reader editions. Reader access checks and watermarks are planned anti-sharing measures; their data use and retention must be disclosed when implemented.
Cookies and choices
See the Cookies Policy and use Cookie Settings in the footer. Optional tracking must not load before consent, and refusal must not block ordinary browsing.
Children and updates
The service is intended for adults. Any future service for children requires a separately assessed privacy and consent approach. Material changes to this notice will be dated and communicated where required.
