Choose information products for independent learning, consultations for a focused conversation, mentorship for agreed ongoing guidance, or a Done For You package for a scoped build. Ask for clarification before buying if the level of support is unclear.

Where do I buy ebooks and information products?
Start on the product’s sales page and check its availability. Released GO ebooks and resources use the checkout shown on their Creative Kay sales page. Offers sold through Stan open their specific Stan checkout in a new tab. A preview or “checkout coming soon” notice means purchasing is not available yet.
Before paying, check the price, contents, delivery, access period and terms for that particular offer. Read the digital-product buying guide if you are unsure which route applies.

Does a product include membership or resale rights?
An individual purchase does not automatically grant Creative Kommunity membership, coaching or intellectual property resale rights. Rights and inclusions must be expressly stated for that offer. Affiliate promotion rights do not permit copying or distributing protected files.

How do I get help with an order?
Open a support ticket in Orders & billing or the relevant product department. Include the offer name, order reference and purchase platform. Do not submit card numbers or passwords. A support ticket does not itself verify payment or grant access.

Creative Kay prefers final sales where lawful. Mandatory cancellation, refund and other statutory remedies remain applicable. Review the offer and the relevant terms before purchasing; digital content and live services can have different consent requirements.

Digital Vault is intended for protected ebooks, academy resources, replays and authorised promotional assets. Access depends on the specific account entitlement. Its current preview is not an operational protected reader, and public share links do not grant book access.

How do phone consultations work?
Choose a 30-minute or one-hour consultation, then check the booking arrangements and available times on the relevant Stan offer. Bring focused questions. Ongoing mentoring or delivery is separate unless included in the written scope.

The Zoom page presents Digital Product Creation, Digital Services Business, Website Design and E-commerce & Drop Shipping topics. Group and private classes are separate offers. Topic-specific checkout confirmation is still required before booking is enabled.

What does VIP one-to-one mentorship mean?

Where are live challenges hosted?
Live challenges have their own protected subdomain. Follow the challenge site for the current topic, availability and participation terms. Changes to this main website do not change that separate service.

What does a Done For You business build include?
A build covers the research, brand, product, website and launch foundations agreed in writing. Stock, advertising, hosting, subscriptions and external fees are separate unless expressly included. Continued business operation remains your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

The displayed project package proposals are in USD. Direct Stripe checkout remains closed until the merchant, final price, scope and terms are verified. Quote-only packages require a tailored discussion.

Which freelance services are available?
Service pages cover website design, e-commerce store design, hosting, graphics and logos, social media, marketing, video production and paid advertising. Confirm package inclusions, external costs and delivery requirements for your project.

Does a business build guarantee income?
No. Sales, profit, search rankings and platform approval depend on demand, costs, promotion, continued operation and third-party decisions. A business build supplies agreed foundations rather than guaranteed commercial results.

Can I promote Creative Kay products?
Eligible catalogue promotion requires verified affiliate approval. Referral rights do not grant free product access or permission to copy content. Direct and marketplace attribution must be confirmed before commissions can be enabled.

When are commissions payable?
Eligible commissions are subject to collected payment, verified attribution, approval and a 30-day hold. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks can reverse commissions. Product rates and attribution policies require confirmation; suggested tier rates are not approved rates.

Can I share my login?
Account access is personal. Membership, purchaser and affiliate permissions are separate. Sharing a login or public link does not create an entitlement for another person.

How do support tickets work?
Sign in, select the relevant department and describe your request. You can view your own ticket history and reply in the portal. Support may update the status or route the ticket. No response-time guarantee is published.

Website provisioning is not yet active. Review the setup, support and membership terms below before choosing your plan.
Included websites require paid-up membership. They go offline when membership ends or remains unpaid. Suspension is not automatic deletion. Build scheduling requires a verified payment for 12 months upfront; selecting Yearly or receiving a manual membership grant is not proof of payment.
Hosting capacity, maintenance scope, cancellation notice, export and retention arrangements must be agreed before launch.
Help creating a digital product or digital services online business is only included after a verified payment for 12 months upfront. Monthly members do not receive this creation service. Agree project scope, deliverables and schedule before work starts.
Annual V.I.P. members additionally receive marketing and promotion help after creation. Campaign scope, any advertising budget and third-party costs require agreement. Sales, audience growth and earnings are not guaranteed.
PRO receives higher setup priority than Standard; V.I.P. has the highest priority. Completion dates depend on the agreed scope, required content and availability; no fixed turnaround is promised here.
Only members paying 12 months upfront receive Kay’s website builds, agreed digital product or digital services business creation help and social media profile design. Standard: 1 profile; PRO: 3 profiles; V.I.P.: 5 profiles.
PRO and V.I.P. annual packages also include Stan store setup and design. Annual V.I.P. includes marketing and promotion help after creation. Monthly membership does not include these done-for-you services.
Setup/design is included within the annual package; ongoing Stan subscriptions, advertising budgets and other third-party fees are not included unless separately agreed. TikTok LIVE offers range from information and a blueprint to agreed website setup, product creation and mentoring. Their blue, green, pink and orange tabs explain INFO ONLY, STANDARD, PRO and V.I.P. These are standalone offers, separate from GO ebook purchases and Creative Kommunity membership.

What should I check before paying for a digital product?
Confirm the exact product, currency, total, included files or services, delivery method and access terms. A download, an online tool and a booked service can have different arrangements. Do not assume an ebook includes coaching, lifetime online access or permission to share its files.

Where do I find a GO ebook I have purchased?
Use the instructions sent for your verified order and sign in to My Purchases with the account connected to that purchase. A GO order grants only the product and any expressly included resources. Membership, unrelated courses and other products remain separate.
If the order or access link is missing, check the purchase email address and spam folder, then contact support with the product name, purchase platform and order reference. Never send card details or a password. Stan purchases follow the instructions supplied through their own checkout.
